The Casual Catering Co. is a family run catering business based in Brisbane. We are committed to providing our customers with quality service and value for money.
At The Casual Catering Co. we value our customers and the privacy of your personal information.
For us to conduct our business we must collect and use certain personal information from our customers in order to complete transactions. Examples of the information we may collect include name, address, email address and phone number.
At The Casual Catering Co we ensure that the information we collect is relevant and used strictly for the purpose of carrying out the intended transaction.
The information collected will not be used outside of these transactions or passed onto any third parties or unauthorised users.
All credit card transactions will be processed securely, and no card details will be stored.
Payment is required prior to delivery, unless authorised in advance. When ordering online we accept payment via most major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard and Amex (credit card surges may apply). For event catering we accept payment via cash or direct transfer to our nominated bank account listed on invoice provided.
For online ordering full payment is required when completing your order online. No order is considered confirmed until payment has been received.
For event catering, once we have discussed and confirmed your order, we will issue you with an invoice. At this point we require a $50 deposit to secure your booking date, which will be deducted from your total invoice amount. No booking date is considered confirmed until deposit has been received. The remaining balance will then be due 7 business days prior to your booking date.
Any booking alterations can be made up until 7 business days prior to the booking date and the invoice balance will be adjusted accordingly and you will be re-invoiced.
For online ordering, cancellations received within 48 hours of your delivery date may forfeit up to 100% of the total payment.
For event catering, cancellations received up until 7 business days prior to your booking date will forfeit deposit.
Cancellations received within 7 business days of your booking date will forfeit deposit and may also forfeit up to 100% of the total invoice depending on the notice given.
Refund/Dispute Resolution Policy
At The Casual Catering Co. we like to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the service we provide. Should there be an instance where this is not the case, we encourage you to bring it to our attention so we can rectify this as soon as possible.
If, at this point, our service is still not to your satisfaction or there is a major fault with the service we have provided you then we will assess grounds for a refund.
